Global Comms & New Market Entry to Dubai & Morocco for Chestertons Estate Agents

Brief

Rosely Group were approached by Chestertons Global to communicate international branch openings and to secure regular media placements for the global franchises and affiliates - helping to promote stand out properties and listings, Citizenship by Investment programmes and the new homes division. The global team tasked Rosely Group to consolidate communications across multiple regions. They were looking for a way to communicate the global brand message into markets where they were either opening or planning to open franchise offices.

Solutions

They initially retained our services to provide a freelance PR consultant in Dubai to deliver comms in the GCC, after which we added on further support from PR consultants in Morocco and additionally in Vietnam & Spain. Rosely Group’s consultants delivered regionalised PR Campaigns for each project ensuring Chestertons received local knowledge, on the ground presence and local language comms, all under the umbrella campaign led by our global team manager.

Results

Chestertons received global media coverage in all intended markets with successful news placements, interviews and broadcast coverage. Further to this their global comms approach became more integrated and now operates on a local level with global support.
